4. Service Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and accepted payment methods, will also be detailed in the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, business plans, and other sensitive information.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the digital marketing services, including but not limited to creative content, strategies, and deliverables, remain the property of Digital Bx unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital bx not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Digital bx reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our website.
