1. Returns

We do not provide returns for digital marketing services, as the nature of our services involves the provision of non-tangible digital goods. Once services are rendered, they are considered delivered and cannot be returned.

2. Cancellations

 Cancellations may be subject to the following conditions:

a. Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel services within 24 hrs of signing the service agreement without incurring any cancellation fees.

b. Cancellation Fees: After the initial cancellation period, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be outlined in the service agreement and is intended to cover costs associated with work already performed.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services that have been rendered. In the case of cancellation during the initial period and before services are initiated, any prepaid fees may be refunded according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

4. Modifications to Services

Digital bx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the digital marketing services provided. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance, and any prepaid fees for affected services may be prorated or refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the provision of digital marketing services. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness and timeliness of the services provided.
